Guy's Night helps groups of friends find overlapping free time and plan hangouts. You use the app, we keep it running. That's the deal. Here's the fine print (kept as un-fine as possible).
Basically: don't ruin it for everyone else.
Your availability, crew names, profile info — that's yours. We don't claim ownership of any of it. We just need the right to display it within the app so it, you know, works.
Our AI recommends places to go. It's helpful, not infallible. We're not responsible if the AI suggests a spot and it turns out to be karaoke night (unless you're into that). Always check the venue yourself before showing up with the crew.
We do our best to keep Guy's Night running 24/7, but we're not going to pretend downtime never happens. If the app goes down right before your plans, we're sorry — but that's what the group chat is for.
The app is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee it'll be perfect, bug-free, or always available. We're not liable for missed hangouts, bad venue picks, or friends who flake (that's between you and them). Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us, which is probably zero.
If you violate these terms or act in bad faith, we can suspend or terminate your account. We'd rather not — we want you hanging out with your crew — but we will if we have to.
We might update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the app means you're cool with the changes.
Reach out at hey@guysnight.app. We're happy to chat.
